The Universal Academy of Cultures gathers for its plenary meeting in Paris in the Salons Napoléon III of the Louvre Museum. During those meetings, all the members of the Universal Academy of Cultures decide on the forum and the colloquium themes, on the scientific programmes for the Manual and they also vote for the admission of new members.
